Returns and Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us immediately. We will work with you within reason to resolve any issues. Our terms for a refund are as follows:
Yarn must be in original condition including the tag. It must not be wound into a ball (either by you or by us) and must not smell like anything other than yarn (smoke, pets, essential oils, etc.)
Yarn must be returned to our studio within one calendar month of purchase.
Return shipping will not be refunded and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
All items will ship within 2 business days, after receiving payment. (Custom orders, subscriptions, etc. have longer shipping times).
Lost Items During Shipping
Once your package leaves the B Team Fiber’s Studio and enters the USPS system, we are no longer responsible for loss or damage to it. That does not mean that you should not contact us, because good customer service is important to us. In the rare event that a package is lost in the mail system, we are happy to help investigate the problem.
Things to know about our yarns that may affect your returns:

We do our best to accurately photograph all colors however there are variations between monitors and devices.

We wash our yarns after dyeing until the water runs clear to prevent color transfer or bleeding. Depending on the dyes we may use one kind of wool-safe soap or another. This may result in the yarn having a slightly perfumed scent. If the yarn does not have a slightly perfumed scent, it will just smell of wool. That earthy smell familiar to fiber artists in the habit of using good wood yarn.
